Slug...

I should be cleaning my house, (it's disgusting), instead I'm sitting at my desk, uncomfortable, ankles swelling, shoulders aching all because I'm addicted to this gosh darn computer. I got so much more done before I had one.
When my children were small, I worked evenings at the hospital, I would get up early (of course), get the kids up and fed and we'd go do something. We would go for a walk, take the dog or cat to the vet, wander around the mall, grocery shop, play at the park, watch a movie, go to ECFE class, visit Grandma, do crafts...and while they were napping or having quiet time, I would vacuum, dust, clean the baths, wash the dishes, mow the lawn, weed the garden, etc...now!? Tsk, it's a miracle if I get the laundry done. I don't understand what has happened. I have less commitments now that they are all grown up, so one would think I would have more time to get things done. Yeah, well, uh-uh. It's just so sad.

I'm just the same. I'm the Queen of the Procrastinators. I love having a clean house, but sometimes life gets in the way, and I just want to relax and enjoy.
